The challenge

Ahead of their new restaurant launch, Larder needed help with their brand positioning, website and driving customers through restaurant marketing. The initial branding needed to ensure the brand made a great first impression during their grand launch, and also kept customers coming back for more post-launch too.

A family-run business with heart

To help define the brand, we worked with the business to firstly create a strong strapline that represented what customers could expect. “All flavour. No pomp.” captured the essence of Larder’s commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, without unnecessary extravagance, setting the stage for a well-established brand identity. With this, the brand positioning and website took shape, resonating with the restaurant’s target audience and distinguishing them in the local restaurant scene.

We continue to support the restaurant with menu updates and designs, as well as photography support which adds to the restaurant’s evolving narrative.

Tucking into their story online

The contemporary website  incorporates bespoke food-led illustrations, showcases their story for customers who want to build a deeper connection with the business, and includes an integrated online booking system for table reservations. Throughout the 4 years we’ve worked with Larder, we’ve implemented a variety of website updates, to keep it relevant, fresh and well optimised for search engines.

Standing out on socials

To engage their local online following, we’ve developed creative social content plans for the brand and continue to do so today. From fun social media competitions to special menu teaser posts, and exclusive behind the scenes content, we’ve helped define Larder’s social media persona and build their following. By providing ongoing social media support, including paid advertising, and reel content we’ve helped boost overall engagement for the business.
