Elia came to us with a logo that failed to communicate the essence of their product and lacked a story and personality. The brand had evolved into a more modern and current street food offering, which needed to project a youthful and vibrant personality, as well as consistently highlight the brand’s Greek roots and connection to London across all sites.
With a goal to expand this start ups brand presence and establish a credible, recognisable, and unique identity, we created quirky illustrations that personified the popular Greek wrap and box meal offering. These fun illustrations, along with a bold and vibrant colour palette, have been brought to life through animation on their website.
The website portrays Elia as a modern, personality-driven brand, helping to distinguish from competitors and create a connection with their audience, specifically young foodies in London.
As part of the branding project, we designed simplified menus that made the ordering process easier for customers, and alleviated long queues throughout their multiple locations in Camden and Holborn.
The packaging, signage and menus all consistently feature colourful and bold illustration-style designs that foodies associate with Elia, helping them stand out in a crowded street food location.
Using our marketing knowledge and strategy, we guided Elia in their submission to acquire new sites. Working with them to create a Sales and Landlord Pack, which is required when businesses apply for a new commercial lease. The pack highlights Elia’s experience, passion, requirements, and overall success.
The goal was to sell the brand to landlords, in order to help Elia expand and set up in other locations within London, which has been successful.
