Eat Marketing clients

Delicious food photography to entice customers

The brief

To capture our client's food at its best whilst also providing a bank of high-quality, delicious images that can be used across multiple platforms to entice customers.

What we did

Irresistible food photography

High quality, irresistible food photography can be the make or break in whether a customer chooses to eat with you or a competitor.

However, food photography is harder than it seems. A lot of essential planning and preparation is needed to get the results of delicious looking photographs that capture your food at its best.

We’ve worked with multiple food brands over the years organising photoshoots and editing images to look their best during post-production.

Photographing relaxed fine dining with Larder

Larder Lichfield is a brand that’s focused on all flavour, no pomp. As a new restaurant, the team needed a wide range of images captured to showcase all aspects of their business during Eat Marketing’s full day photoshoot.

From photographing each of the restaurant’s three floors (including bar, restaurant and Chef’s Table) to candid shots of the team at work, it was important we prepared a detailed shot list in advance to ensure nothing was missed.

We also focused on capturing the intricate details and ingredients Larder’s talented chefs put into their crafted dishes, from the delicate cracks in their crackling shard to the deep richness of their chocolate sorbet.

Capturing a cheeky new launch with Naughty Vegan

Established in 2019, Naughty Vegan is all about offering devilishly delicious, indulgent food for everyone. Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or meat eater, their new range of vegan sausage rolls and pasties offers meat-free treats to enjoy at home with no compromise on flavour.

Over two shoots, Eat Marketing captured a variety of photographs of Naughty Vegan’s new meat-free range for both social media and packaging. One of these we art directed using a specialist food photographer and the other we shot in our own studio.

On both shoots, we focused on individual product shots along with styled scenes to ensure the food looked truly irresistible. This also included photographing a range of stop motion shots to capture the attention of audiences on social platforms.

Getting the shappiness shot at Shap Chippy

Shap Chippy, who won the award for the UK’s second best fish and chip shop at the National Fish and Chip Awards 2020, wanted to refresh their brand and website to better reflect their team’s vibrant personalities.

As part of their brand refresh, Eat Marketing undertook a full day’s photoshoot – providing enough time to really capture the spirit of Shap Chippy. Customers are now able to see the faces behind the brand and Shap Chippy have access to great images to use across their marketing.

Post production: the final ingredient

Following the photoshoot, the work doesn’t stop for the Eat Marketing team as all post-production is done in-house.

Careful consideration and time is taken during the editing process to touch up imperfections, alter lighting and make sure each photograph is the best it can be.

Following an Eat Marketing photoshoot, clients receive a resource bank of professional photographs they can use across print and digital platforms to showcase their team, premises and delicious food.
