Following the success of the first children’s book we designed for Simpsons, exploring how fish and chips are made, Eat Marketing were tasked with creating a new festive-themed book. The new book would be handed out to children who visited Simpsons’ Cheltenham restaurant to meet Mother Christmas at festive events. We worked with Simpsons to develop a fun, yet meaningful plotline for the story, with Mother Christmas saving Christmas day. We wanted to capture the imagination of children through both copywriting and imagery. Each page was designed to support the story and we were commissioned to create new colourful illustrations. Simpsons received positive feedback on the new book from both parents and children.
