The Xydhias family approached us after they purchased an old bank in Birmingham. The plan was to turn the building into a ‘destination’ fish and chip shop, where customers could eat in or takeaway. However the shop needed a fresh brand experience that worked with the interior design, marketing and website.
We created the brand name ‘Sixty Fish’ that reflected the family’s history in the industry – their first fish and chip shop opened in 1960! The new logo design represented the ‘X’ from the family surname, whilst the bright yellow immediately catches the eye. This enticing colour is featured across Sixty Fish’s branding – from the yellow stools inside the shop to the new responsive website design.
Eat Marketing also supported Sixty Fish by designing in-store, print and digital menus along with window graphics. We look forward to continuing to support Sixty Fish with their flagship fish and chips shop and as they plan to expand throughout the Midlands in the future!
