The Sofia’s team approached Eat Marketing with an initial vision, but they needed help bringing their story to life across every customer touchpoint. They wanted a restaurant brand identity that captured the warmth and connection at the heart of their concept, a website that made booking simple whilst telling their story authentically, and visual assets that would help them stand out in the local dining scene.
The goal was clear: develop restaurant branding rooted in warmth, connection, and vibrant experience, as well as a matching website that introduces the Sofia’s ethos and drives bookings. They also needed a full suite of digital and print assets to support their launch, which would help them develop a consistent look and tone across all channels.

We evolved the client’s initial logo into a complete brand identity system that brought Sofia’s story to life. Working closely with the team, we developed brand messaging that communicates their welcoming, people-focused dining philosophy with authenticity. The result was a comprehensive style guide detailing logo usage, typography, colour palette, and brand application, giving Sofia’s everything they needed to present a cohesive identity from day one.

We created a launch landing page to generate early interest and capture traffic ahead of opening, followed by a full website design that reflects Sofia’s warm, inviting atmosphere and unique brand identity. Built on WordPress CMS, the site gives the team full control to manage menus, updates, and events easily. SEO-optimised copywriting and local search strategy were integrated throughout, ensuring Sofia’s could be discovered by diners searching for their next coastal meal.

To support Sofia’s pre-launch buzz, we designed and artworked an A1 ‘Coming Soon’ poster that raised local awareness, plus menu artwork that reflected the new brand and in-venue atmosphere. These print materials created excitement in the community and gave early glimpses of what diners could expect, helping the Sofia’s team to connect with their local customer base.
To assist with effective social strategy, we delivered a comprehensive three-month content plan packed with engaging posting ideas for Sofia’s launch to provide the team with a clear roadmap for building their online presence and connecting with their audience from the start.

Sofia’s launched with a cohesive brand identity that brings their story and atmosphere to life across every touchpoint, with the numbers reflecting just how effectively that identity connected with diners. In the first month alone, the website attracted over 1,400 users through a combination of organic search, organic social, and direct sessions, establishing strong digital momentum from day one.
The growth continued rapidly. By the second full month, new users had increased by 161%, whilst returning visitors grew by 187% - a clear sign that first-time guests were hungry for more. Organic search traffic saw the most dramatic rise, climbing 214% as our SEO-optimised content and local search strategy took hold.
Over the first three months post-launch, Sofia’s website welcomed 3,800 users in total, supported by 3,835 search clicks and over 10,400 impressions. The visually engaging site feels warm and inviting whilst performing effectively, making it easy for diners to discover the restaurant and book their table. Consistent design and messaging across print and digital materials created a professional, memorable impression throughout this critical launch period.
Most importantly, Sofia’s established itself as one of Hunstanton’s most welcoming new dining spots, with the new website driving bookings and conversions from launch day. It’s become a place where the brand promise of sharing, warmth, and connection is evident before you even step through the door.
