Rocce

Delivering a true Italian identity

Rocce eat marketing case study

The brief

Rocce’s exquisite pizza deserves to be in the spotlight and that’s exactly what we were tasked to do. To create a standout brand that would encourage customer engagement and brand loyalty. We created a true Italian brand, developing in-store branding alongside a mouth watering online presence. We helped to set Rocce apart as a takeaway that delivers real quality.

What we did

Cooking up a brand name

Rocce were a new business specialising in delicious stonebaked pizza, with their woodstone oven proudly showcased at their Buckinghamshire-based shop. The team wanted to offer pizza delivery with a difference, and needed a brand that reflected their quality handmade food.

As the woodstone oven was the heart of the business, it became our inspiration for the brand name ‘Rocce’ (ro-ch-ey) which is the Italian word for stones.

Rocce

Serving genuinely delicious branding

Now with a catchy name, Rocce needed branding. Following insight from the Rocce team, we created a true Italian brand that had a natural feel to it, using rustic textures where possible to reflect the stonebaked pizza.

Through the strapline ‘Genuinely delicious, proper stonebaked fresh Italian pizza’, we helped position the brand as welcoming, authentic and expert in what they do.

Rocce

Rolling out the Rocce experience

Alongside creating the brand identity, we delivered a mouth-watering online presence with a website design that captured the essence of Rocce, whilst promoting special offers and allowing customers to order online. We also developed in-store branding (including wall art and menu boards) and designed the shop signage to create a consistent experience for customers online and off.

Rocce Pizza now has a desirable brand to match their delicious, stonebaked pizza.
